Karl Fiderer has worked at Network Checker since January 2009. Before that he was the Network Administrator for a non-profit high school in Boulder, CO. Karl is responsible for managing and maintaining computer networks for small and medium sized businesses in Boulder and Longmont. Karl Fiderer moved to Boulder in 1999 to attend graduate school. He received a MA in Psychology from Naropa University in 2002. Karl then worked in community mental health for six years, counseling people who suffer from severe mental illness. Karl attended Temple University for undergraduate school in his home town of Philadelphia, PA. He received a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1995 and worked as a Process Engineer in manufacturing for five years. Karl specializes in implementing and supporting Microsoft and Cisco products. He has attained the MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) and MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) certifications for Windows Server 2003. Karl is a Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician. He is also a CompTIA A+ Certified Professional IT Technician. Karl currently lives in Boulder, CO. When Karl is not working, he enjoys backpacking, rock climbing, canyoneering, and reading. |
